Station Saturdays
Workshops at Stone Station
In addition to our programme of workshops at Tittensor we are also doing a few at Stone Station - the usual venue for our evening classes.
The perfect opportunity to have some creative time away from the everyday rush. No pressure, no competition, no big deal! – coffee, tea, chocolate biscuits and a relaxed happy atmosphere will add to your enjoyment in making small pieced and quilted projects for yourself and your home.
Saturday 27th Feb – Reversible Runner
Do the piecing and quilting in a single step and learn an easy technique to join blocks together to make a fully reversible table runner. Great for a gift or to keep for yourself.
Saturday 27 March – Raggy Cushions
This is so much fun – you’ll want to make more than just a cushion! Easy stitching and cutting makes lots of snuggly texture.
Saturday 25 Sept – Log Cabin Bag
Make a super, simple big bag with traditional Log Cabin blocks – great for a gift or to carry those all-important quilting supplies.
Saturday 16 Oct – Notebook Covers
Scraps and small pieces of fabric can be transformed into stylish book or ring-binder covers that are most definitely a cut above the rest.
You will need
A full needs list will be on our website a month before the class.
But if you bring your sewing kit, machine and some fabric you won’t go far wrong.
Don’t forget to bring your lunch too
