Evening Classes

The Station , Stone

By popular demand we have extended our Wednesday evening class series

We will be running two sets of 8 week classes, both based on Sampler Quilts so that we can cover a variety of patchwork, applique and quilting techniques working from the basics upwards.  Now that we are established at Stone Station, which is a great venue with plenty of parking, we will be able to include hands-on sewing time in class as well as our usual practical demonstrations, handouts, discussion and individual attention. 

The first 8 week course (Winter) starts on Wednesday 3d February

Our Autumn series will start on 22nd September 2010 and run for 8 weeks.

Classes start at 7pm and finish at 9pm

Fees

£80 per 8 week course, deposit £40, balance due at first class.

Needs list

Sewing machine (not always necessary)
Rotary cutter, ruler and mat (we have spares for you to 'try before you buy')
Needles, pins, cotton sewing thread, scissors for snipping
Pencil and notebook
Fabric - we suggest a selection of fat quarter cuts and we will have some fabrics available for purchase
Bag to carry everything in

Your own mug for tea/coffee
